This is a modern Windows app and driver that restores live video and robot controls for the Nikko R2-D2 webcam receiver. I built it to replace the original XP-era software (~ 2007) and keep the hardware usable on Windows 10 and 11. What makes it delightful is: plug in an old R2-D2, and it works like it still matters. The app is the only way to control the robot, so this make it “future-proof” and give back the joy of have it.
