Are you, too, a tormented soul struggling to keep track of your to-dos in 7 open notepad windows, 17 emails you kept on unread, and an uncountable amount of PRs and Jira tickets? I am - and I tried every to-do tool out there, yet still kept falling back to my old bad habits every time after a few weeks.
TaskDeck tries solving this: it automatically collects and triages to-dos from Outlook, Teams, Jira, Github and its inbuilt “quick capture” key binding dialog. It uses Claude via its CLI or API to analyze, summarize and order them, and starts every day with a daily suggestion about what it thinks you should prioritze based on the content it has. Most importantly, it just suggests - everything is put into an inbox for human review before making decisions. Its small window is meant as an overlay to keep open on the side of your screen all the time.
I guess there’s the right tool to manage their own craziness for everyone, but since this works for me, I hope it helps others too!
